• Sample and inspect, comprehensively and objectively evaluate product quality including workmanship, dimension, function, performance, safety, lifetime and packaging; 
• Provide advices for corrective and preventive actions based on the quality problem found; 
• Follow up and verify for effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions taken on clients’ need.
