AQSIQ
AQSIQ (The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine) is a ministerial-level department under the State Council of China that is in charge of national quality, entry-exit commodity inspection, import-export products safety, certification and accreditation, as well as administrative law enforcement. From a legal point of view, an independent third- party inspection company should get both AQSIQ and CNAS17020 accreditation, then this inspection company can be operated in China legally.

hina Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association (CIQA)approved to be set up by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People Republic of China, is a nationwide non-profit social organization composed voluntarily of the entry-exit inspection and quarantine enterprises, institutions, related social organizations and practitioners.
General Inspection Service Co., Ltd. (GIS) is a Standing Board Member of the Import & Export Commodity Inspection and Survey Agency Branch of the CIQA.
